President's Letter

Mani Krishnaswamy, CEO

CEO and founder of Synergy America, Inc., Mr. Krishnaswamy has been a leader in the IT community since 1993. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Krishnaswamy founded several businesses including co-founding hotPalm.com, an Atlanta based wireless access provider in 1999. Mr. Krishnaswamy is an active community leader in various capacities including founding member of the Gwinnett Technology Forum, member of the CEO High Tech Council, Board Member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, member of the Gwinnett Technology Foundation Board, and trustee of the Hindu Temple of Atlanta, a non-profit organization, where he contributes his services to help raise funds for humanitarian activities such as the Atlanta Homeless Shelter. Mr. Krishnaswamy is a graduate of Kennesaw State University.

Mike Williams, COO

As COO, Mr. Williams oversees Synergy's commitment to quality services. Mr. Williams joined Synergy America shortly after its inception in 1993 as an Account Executive and has held various roles including Sr. Account Executive and Vice President of Operations.

Prior to Synergy, Mr. Williams was the Director of Operations for a regional retail chain managing 80 centers. Mr. Williams draws upon his 19 years of management experience to bring unique solutions to an ever-changing marketplace. Most recently, he has been invited to sit on the Advisory Committee for West Georgia Technical College.

Mr. Williams is a graduate of Kennesaw State University.

Shyam Heda, Executive Vice President for Healthcare

Mr. Heda is the Executive Vice President for Healthcare consulting and is also an independent consultant/advisor for IT strategies and management in healthcare. His 35 years of healthcare experience includes CIO positions at multi-hospital systems which encompass Promina Health System Atlanta, Inova Health System Fairfax, Virginia, and Bethesda Hospitals Cincinnati. Mr. Heda has also held consulting and management positions at Superior Consultant and Medicus Systems. He is involved in healthcare management research at the University of Michigan in the Bureau of Hospital Administration.

Mr. Heda led the development of various IT systems in the healthcare field and had total responsibility for the planning and deployment of IT systems supporting hospitals, physicians, and managed care organizations.

Mr. Heda has been a speaker at numerous seminars and conferences throughout the United States and has written and published numerous articles. He served as chairman of ACHIA and for ISS of the Ohio Hospital Association and has held several advisory board positions with IT vendors and associations.

Mr. Heda holds a M.S. from the University of Michigan and a B.E. from Birla Institute of Technology Pilani, India.

Harshila Krishnaswamy, CFO

CFO and co-owner fo Synergy America, Inc. Harshila Krishnaswamy is a seasoned professional with 18 years experience in Finance and Operations. She manages the Finance Functions and the day-to-day activity of the company. She manages the HR and PR functions at the company. Prior to joining Synergy America, in 1994, she worked extensively as a PR and Finance Manager for some of the largest and most respected recruitment companies in the U.S.

Harshila Krishnaswamy holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from University of Bombay, India.
