Job Description
Our client is looking for a Customer Care Specialist for an onsite temp to perm position in Alpharetta, GA. Processes orders, updates distributors and maintaining updated records. Skills: · Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent, one to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Proficient on NetSuite and Microsoft 365 Commitment to excellence and high standards. · Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. · Strong interpersonal skills. · Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions · Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. · Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions · Creative, flexible, and innovative team player · Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees. · Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. · Acute attention to detail. · Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects Responsibilities · Purchase order process in ERP system · Updates distributors with tracking numbers · Answers and handles telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. · Exercises considerable judgement and discretion in handling sales related inquiries. · Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda, E-mails, and faxes using individual initiative and as assigned. · Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing. · Proactively establishes and maintains highly organized filing system, files correspondence and other records. · Maintains accurate records in NetSuite. · Assists Sales Executive with order status. · Providing sales support to customers (i.e., part numbers, pricing, availability, answering simple product questions, etc.). · Maintain high customer satisfaction · Providing support to sales team members such as RSM, DAE and MRs · Prospecting for new business via phone, email, social media and from CRM generated leads. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities · Schedule appointments, webinars, and demos, with new and existing customers · Participating in company sales & marketing meetings · Review leads and opportunities with sales team and establish strategy on how to close them. · Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs · Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met · Collect and analyze sales data and trends · Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. · Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound
